Welcome! I am Paula Stephens, and I guide mission-oriented public servants in high stress work environments toward greater resilience and wellbeing.

I use evidence-based, therapeutic practices - like mindfulness, self-compassion, and mindset to guide individuals and organization in  resilience that improves well being and increases the capacity for adversity without burnout.

I am a resilience educator and wellness advocate with over 20 years of experience helping people thrive.
